The rubber cone on this connector matches cable arcof- bend specifications to eliminate damage. 100% rubber construction outlasts PVC designs as it resists hard knocks, splitting and cracking. The Tuff-Flex Cord Grip also features a rubber cone-to-connector seal that is moisture proof. And when the rubber cone is coupled with one of Remke’s aluminum or steel strain relief cord grip there is even greater protection from abrasion and cable pull-out.
Tuff-Flex Connectors are ideal for use in applications where repetitive movement of control & power cable occurs such as with robots and automated equipment used in material handling and welding. Special ‘swivel’ versions are also available for those applications producing cable rotation as well as cable flex.
